Centre for AI in Health

In Danish
We bring AI research and clinical practice together to create real-world impact.

Developing useful, trustworthy and understandable AI-based solutions for healthcare

An interdisciplinary research centre at AAU SUND that develops and applies AI solutions for healthcare, from research to clinical practice.

About the Centre

AI is creating new opportunities to improve prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Turning these opportunities into real-world impact requires strong collaboration between research, healthcare, and technology.

The Centre for AI in Health brings together researchers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders from Aalborg University and Aalborg University Hospital to strengthen research, education, and implementation of AI in healthcare.

Our ambition is to develop and implement useful, trustworthy, and understandable AI-based solutions that create real value for patients, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare system.

A key milestone is an intensive workshop where new projects and collaborations are defined.
